Q: WHY DO WE NEED AN EVENT PLANNER?

A: We’ve got a million answers for this one. Here are a few of the top ones:

Q: WHAT SEPARATES YOU FROM OTHER EVENT PLANNERS?

A: It boils down to the fact that we will treat your event as if it is our own. We will be there to make your dreams a reality and help you figure out what your options are. Unlike other larger planning services, we will give you one on one service and will be there to ensure a successful event.

Q: MY EVENT IS IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS! CAN YOU HELP?

A: Of course, I will try. In this case I can’t guarantee to be available in terms of time or equipment for your event. We require at least 10 days advance booking for all orders/events. In case I am able to help you, a 100% retainer is required as well as a rush booking fee.

Q: WHAT IF MY VENUE CHOICE DOES NOT ALLOW HELIUM BALLOONS? ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS?

A: Glad you asked…of course, there are other options! About 90% of our décor is created using air-filled balloons on frames. For example, we can make a 50 foot arch without helium – using a heavy-duty frame and large baseplates. We can hang designs from ceilings, using magnets, if there is any metal to attach to (such as grid paneling, vents, light sockets, etc.) Air-filled designs last much longer than helium designs, and are much sturdier if it’s windy. We can even hang signs and add signage to an arch on a frame. Call us for other endless ideas!

Q: CAN YOU MAKE ANYTHING OUT OF BALLOONS?

A: You ask for it, you got it! Anything is possible in the Balloon World. The sky's the limit, literally. You’ll be amazed what we can create with balloons! We are up for a challenge…just ask!

Q: WHAT ARE THE BEST BALLOON CONDITIONS?

A: Cool air, indoor facilities, away from the heat, sun and wind.

Q: HOW LONG DO THE BALLOONS LAST?

A: Longevity is dependent upon location and climate. Foil balloons will far outlast latex balloons, up to 2 weeks and often much longer. Air-filled latex balloons can last longer than 2 weeks; however, the balloons will oxidize (turn velvet-like and lose their shine) after a few hours. Helium balloons typically last for 12-14 hours but we can extend their lift duration by several days, using Hi-Float (a gel-like substance that lines the inside of the latex). Decor is made special for your event – the best optimum appearance is on the day of your event, lasting 8 to 10 hours indoors.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: In the event of postponement or cancellation, the down payment is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the event date, there will be no refund of any monies paid. However, if the cancellation is weather-driven or an Emergency in nature, we will apply any fees paid, to another date.

Q: IS FULL PAYMENT OF THE VENUE DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING?

A: Simply put, Yes. Your card will be charged any time from immediately after booking up to 24 hrs after. If your card is tried twice in that time frame and can not be charged, your reservation will be cancelled.
